Five Iron Golf – Membership Terms & Conditions

General Membership Terms (applicable to all Membership types, Green Grass Pass, and Membership Promotions)

Billing & Auto-Renewal

Billing occurs monthly on the day of the original contract purchase. By purchasing any membership, YOU CONSENT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD BEING AUTOMATICALLY AND RECURRENTLY CHARGED FOR THE APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE UNTIL YOU CANCEL. You acknowledge and agree that your membership will automatically renew each month unless you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Free Services Included With Membership

Any complimentary service, including Swing Evaluation, included with membership enrollment is for first-time members only and may only be redeemed one (1) time per member. It is not available again upon renewal, reactivation, or re-enrollment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice before your next billing cycle – by emailing [email protected] Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the month. Five Iron Golf reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, at which time it will refund you any pro-rata unused portion of your membership fee.

Fee Changes & Notifications

Five Iron Golf reserves the right to change membership fees and other terms and conditions. In the event of a fee change, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance before the new amount is charged, and the new fee will take effect on your next billing cycle unless you cancel before the change becomes effective. You have the option to cancel before the new fee takes effect. If you dispute a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or additional fees.

Use & Location Policy

All simulator rentals/lessons/services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. All members must sign a liability waiver before participating. You must use your membership at least 70% of the time in your “home” membership location (the location in which you initially signed up.  Ancillary perks of the membership may change at any time based on availability and other circumstances.

Compliance & Severability

Members must abide by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. If any part of this membership agreement is deemed unenforceable by a court, that part will be severed, and the remainder of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.

Affirmative Cardholder Consent/Payment Authorization

By signing up for a membership, you expressly authorize Five Iron Golf to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with this agreement. You acknowledge that you have been provided with a copy of this authorization and that you may revoke this authorization by canceling your membership before your next billing cycle. This authorization will remain in effect until you revoke it by emailing [email protected].

Standard Membership Additional Terms

You expressly consent that your credit card or other payment method will be charged automatically, on a recurring basis every month unless you cancel. You may cancel the Standard Membership at any time by emailing [email protected].  Please see the General Membership Terms above for more information.
